St. Patrick's Day Parade
The Dunlap Knights of Columbus festive annual parade will have you seeing green. Floats line up at the St. Patrick Parish Center and follow a route towards downtown Dunlap. After the parade, community members are invited to reconvene at the Parish Center to enjoy beverages, corned beef and cabbage and lively Irish music.

 

Dunlap Easter Egg Hunt
Head to the Boyer Valley Youth Complex (the ball fields on Hwy 30 on the north side of town) for the annual Easter Egg Hunt! Hundreds of treasure-filled Easter eggs will be ripe for the picking and any kids between the ages of 0-9 are invited to partake in this long standing tradition. This event is brought to you by the Boyer Valley Youth Organization, in partnership with local businesses and is typically held the Saturday before Easter Sunday.

 

Dunlap Independence Day Celebration
Dunlap celebrates the 4th of July with a BANG! Every year, the Dunlap 4th of July Committee hosts a day filled with patriotic activities, including a parade and a fireworks show brought to you by the City of Dunlap and the Dunlap Fire Department! Families are invited to the city park immediately following the parade for food and refreshments and kid-friendly activities like bounce houses and carnival games. There is also a car show sponsored by the Silver Fox Foundation on Dunlap's main street.

 

Art at the Park
Art at the Park is typically held in the fall. This event offers free family fun brought to you by local businesses. Kids can go table-to-table to create make and take crafts and experience stimulating sensory areas. There is also an area for vendor booths, where attendees can shop handmade and vintage items. The night ends with a foam party!

 

Four-County Fair
If figure 8 races, livestock shows and tractor pulls are more your speed, join us for our annual Four-County Fair. It is always held the first weekend in August and it is always sure to be a good time!

 

Shop Hop and Opening of Historical Wax Nativity
In November, DCDC hosts Dunlap's annual Shop Hop. Area businesses work to create special experiences so that shoppers can enjoy going from store to store. Many business owners offer free refreshments, discounts and giveaways. 

The Historic Wax Nativity also opens this evening. It is open from late November through early January, from Noon - 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

 

Santa Claus Visit
Santa Claus visits Dunlap in December at the Dunlap Public Library All families are welcome. Kids can take a photo with Santa, partake in fun activities and be entered into a drawing for prizes. This event is brought to you by the Dunlap American Legion, Post 224.
